Hello, what do I have to enter in the Uno cpp file so that the inputs are provided with the internal pulldown .I don't know much about C programming..

Look at the Atmega datasheet on page 72 and you will see that only pull-up resistors are available, no pull-downs. To enable internal pull-up resistors:
pinMode(pin, INPUT); // set pin to input
digitalWrite(pin, HIGH); // turn on pullup resistors
