I have created LD diagram according to this link

openplc_temsensor.png

So here i want to map temperature sensor value to modbus simulator's input register and same way wants to show status of lamp in coil register.I have tried with some simulator not able to see the value inside run time monitoring web browser .Is there any modbus simulator available which is compatible to openplc .Please provide that information.

Modbus is a standard protocol. Any modbus slave (server) simulator should work with OpenPLC if you set it properly. 2 minutes of Google-Fu brought me this:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/modrssim2/

and this:

https://www.modbustools.com/modbus_slave.html

Just setup any of those on your computer, and then add a new slave device on OpenPLC (Generic Modbus TCP). Make sure you set the parameters properly (IP address, port, number of coils, etc)

Have you added a slave device pointing to your simulator as I said in the previous post? I didn’t see any screenshot of your slave device configuration on the runtime. Also, slave devices attach to address 100 and up, so your variables should be something like %QX100.0 and %IW100

Is OpenPLC runtime running on the same computer as your Modbus simulator? If so, you gotta change the port on the simulator because if it is using port 502 it will conflict with OpenPLC and that’s probably why Monitoring is not working
