Is the OpenPLC runtime running?

I'm not sure, I don't find any service active even in the windows task manager

If it is not open, then it is not running. You gotta open the OpenPLC Runtime

oh, well, the runtime? I tried to run it several times, even using the Rebase OpenPLC command

Than something is wrong with your runtime. Probably something happened during installation corrupting the runtime. If you cannot see the error message it is giving, just add a pause command before it ends and report back the error it shows. To do that, right click on the OpenPLC Runtime shortcut on the start menu and choose "Open file location".

Then a window will show with the OpenPLC Runtime shortcut from the start menu. Right click on it again and choose "Open file location" again.

Another window will open showing the contents of the OpenPLC Runtime. Right click on "start_runtime.cmd" and choose "Edit". This will open notepad. Then just add the following pause line at the end, right before the exit command:
read -p "Press [Enter] key to close..."

Your entire file will look like this:
: <<TRAMPOLINE
@echo off
IF EXIST Runtime\bin GOTO START
rem If the directory does not exist, we need to extract it first
7za x Runtime.zip
:START
cd Runtime\bin
bash -c "exit 0" || (echo.No bash found in PATH! & exit /b 1)
setlocal EnableDelayedExpansion
for %%i in (%*) do set _args= !_args! "%%~i"
bash -l "%~f0" "%CD%" %_args%
goto :END
TRAMPOLINE
#####################
#!/bin/bash  -- it's traditional!
cd "$1"
shift
echo "Verifying Runtime Installation..."
cd ~
if [ -d "OpenPLC_v3" ]; then
    cd OpenPLC_v3
    ./start_openplc.sh
#OpenPLC is not installed
else
    git clone http://github.com/thiagoralves/OpenPLC_v3.git
    cd OpenPLC_v3
    ./install.sh win
fi
read -p "Press [Enter] key to close..."
exit
:END
exit

Save it and close. Then launch OpenPLC Runtime again and post here any error messages you get.

I edited and saved the file in administrator mode (without administrator mode the file cannot be saved)

louncing the runtime the result was this:

Verifying Runtime Installation...
C:\Program Files\OpenPLC\start_runtime.cmd: riga 23: ./start_openplc.sh: No such file or directory
Press [Enter] key to close...

Note:
the file "start_openplc.sh" is present in the followinf directory:
C:\Program Files\OpenPLC\Runtime\home\ameba\OpenPLC_v3\webserver\scripts

Your installation is messed up. Just reinstall and it should be fine. Preferably, try installing it on the default location. It should avoid random Windows permission errors.

Damn

Installed three times in the runtime in the C:\Users\user_name\OpenPLC\ as Administrator

the runtime and rebase

nothing is changed

Don’t install as administrator! Just run the installer as you normally would with any other software.

Damn, 2nd chapter

Followed your instruction
nothing is changed

Installed as a normal user but runtime doesn't work
after I modified the "start_runtime" script as expleined before, adding "read -"Press [Enter] key to close..."
and the answer was:

Verifying Runtime Installation...
Cloning into 'OpenPLC_v3'...
fatal: unable to access 'http://github.com/thiagoralves/OpenPLC_v3.git/': The requested URL returned error: 407
C:\Users\Cattaneoa\OpenPLC\start_runtime.cmd: riga 28: cd: OpenPLC_v3: No such file or directory
C:\Users\Cattaneoa\OpenPLC\start_runtime.cmd: riga 29: ./install.sh: No such file or directory
Press [Enter] key to close...

I tried install
"OpenPLC Installer x86.exe" on another personal computer equipped with Windows 10 Professionale 64bit
the problem still remain the same

what other settings checks could I make?

Your network is blocking access to my github repository, therefore OpenPLC files are not being downloaded and the installation fails.

I tried several times "Rebase Open PLC"

it stats downloading somithing and installs a portion of software, please look at the following screenshot:
First time:
ReBase first.png

Second time:
ReBase second.png

And so on... Runtime continue not working at all

Could I download all the packages from github and modify the start_runtime.cmd file so it look at the package in a directory of mine?

Is there any antivirus' o firewall's policy i must modify? (i'm using default windows defender)

Thanks for watching!

bye

You're getting a lot of "Permission denied" errors, which looks to me as if you ran the installer as Administrator, and then after ran it as a normal user, which means that it cannot access the files or folders it needs to because they were created by an Administrator user or on a folder that requires Administrator privileges to write.

This shouldn't be complicated at all. All you have to do is run the installer as a normal user, installing on the default folder (preferably, to avoid permission errors) on a computer that has direct connection to internet (no proxies) for it to download the contents from the repository.

If you want to do the whole process manually you will need to download Cygwin, install it including git binaries, and then start cygwin terminal and type:
git clone https://github.com/thiagoralves/OpenPLC_v3.git
cd OpenPLC_v3
./install.sh win

I have never used Cygwin ... there is always a first time!
Iìll try it but...
the thing that leaves me very puzzled is that I'm not using any proxy on my home internet connection or a not standard firewall/antivirus

for now the first answer made by cygwin is:

git clone https://github.com/thiagoralves/OpenPLC_v3.git
Cloning into 'OpenPLC_v3'...
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/thiagoralves/OpenPLC_v3.git/': Received HTTP code 407 from proxy after CONNECT
