Awesome design! Are you sharing the design files? What are you using to provide Ethernet on the Pi Zero? ENC28J60? Can I give some suggestions? Why don't you drop out the Arduino factor to make it even cheaper and use the Pi's GPIO for the digital inputs and outputs? Then on the analog side you can use any SPI ADC chip. This probably will be cheaper than Arduino + crystal.

It is the initial design.., when i checked prototype, all the information is in GitHub and the blogspot; yes, I use the ENC28J60 (SPI), the PCB with Raspberry has 8 inputs and 8 outputs, controlled by the Raspberry, Arduino is only used on analog input and output PCBs. I'm waiting for components and manufacturing PCB.

First I want to verify the correct functioning of the design, but you can see the current work https://www.dropbox.com/sh/r7wefuc6108h1gv/AAATI7ZKSUgU4gjyr6D4q1BBa?dl=0

Hey Radioelf, I took a look at your work again, and I'm quite impressed. What you did is exactly what I wanted to create (in terms of hardware) for the OpenPLC project. Is there a way for us to talk better (skype, whatsapp, etc)? I would like to incorporate your hardware project into OpenPLC officially.
